Privacy Policy

Last updated: 7 October 2026. This policy explains how GetDeaddicted LLC ("we") handles data on SongMixer. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the principles of the GDPR.

What we collect

• Audio you upload and the renders you create — processed only to provide the Service and deleted automatically after about 6 hours.
• Email address, only if you join the Pro waitlist or newsletter — used to contact you about SongMixer.
• Anonymous usage events (page viewed, clip added, render started/finished, download) with no cookies and no personal identifiers.
• Server logs including IP address, kept for up to 30 days for security and rate-limiting.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or share your data for advertising.
• We don't use your audio to train AI models.
• We don't set tracking cookies. A single localStorage entry remembers your light/dark theme.

Processors

Hosting on Google Cloud (India region). When paid plans launch: Razorpay and Stripe for payments, and an email provider for transactional mail.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing getdeaddictedllc@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days. You may also complain to the Data Protection Board of India or your local authority.
