Terms of Service

Last updated: 7 October 2026. SongMixer ("the Service") is operated by GetDeaddicted LLC. By using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. What the Service does

SongMixer lets you upload audio, crop it and render new audio files (sequence, mix or jumble) in your browser. Processing happens on our servers; files are deleted automatically after about 6 hours.

2. Your content and copyright

• You must own, or have permission to use, every file you upload or link. SongMixer grants no licence to any third-party music.
• You keep any rights you have in your uploads and renders. You give us a limited licence to store and process them only to provide the Service.
• Do not use the Service to infringe copyright, to circumvent technical protection measures, or in breach of any third-party platform's terms (including YouTube's).
• We respond to valid copyright notices sent to getdeaddictedllc@gmail.com.

3. Acceptable use

No automated scraping, abuse of rate limits, attempts to break or overload the Service, or uploading malware or unlawful content. We may suspend access that violates these terms.

4. Plans and payments

The Free plan has the limits shown on the pricing page. Paid plans, when available, are billed monthly in advance via Razorpay (India) or Stripe (international); prices for Indian customers include GST. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where you live.
